To protect client information, access is limited to authorized personnel, local storage of client data is restricted unless specifically authorized, and unauthorized downloading, transfer, disclosure, or sharing of information is prohibited. Personnel are subject to confidentiality, acceptable use, and information security requirements, and access rights are removed when no longer required.
Where a privacy request relates to data maintained within a client-controlled environment, Knowcraft Analytics will work with the relevant client to address the request in accordance with contractual obligations and applicable laws.

Knowcraft Analytics supports Data Subject Access Requests (“DSARs”) and other privacy rights requests in accordance with applicable privacy regulations.
