Vibha has over ten years of business valuation experience, servicing investment banking, asset management, and private equity clients, across a diverse set of sectors. She is well-versed in the life sciences industry where she has performed business valuation, impairment testing and purchase price allocation analysis across early and late-stage development companies as well as life sciences tools/diagnostics companies. She also holds strong experience in infrastructure valuations and private equity portfolio valuations.
At Knowcraft Analytics, she is responsible for supervising overall operations for clients engaged in valuations such as ASC 805, ASC 350 and IRC409A and provides technical support to clients as well as team members. Her area of focus is purchase price allocations, business valuations and sector analysis.
Prior to Knowcraft, Vibha gained in-depth experience working for over five years with EY Global Delivery Services supporting the Valuations practices for UKI and Nordics offices. She has led large engagements in purchase price allocation, impairment testing, portfolio valuations and business valuations as part of the transaction advisory services team.
Vibha holds a PGBM (Finance) from Lal Bahadur Shastri Institute of Management and a Bachelor of Commerce from Delhi University.
Vibha loves trekking, traveling and reading. She is also passionate about sports and plays badminton and volleyball.
