ASSISTANT MANAGER
Job Requirements:
- Responsible for working on multiple assignments throughout the year
- Performing and reviewing bookkeeping and accounting services
- Core understanding of finance and accounting concepts
- Managing and mentoring a team of individuals consisting of junior associates, associates, senior associates, and team leads
- Identify and assist in the solution of engagement (client) technical issues, anomalies, non-routine items
- Conducts themself in a professional manner related to all client communications as well as interactions within the team
- Maintain a balance between quality and workflow
- Manage the process of feedback and implement feedback from clients on a monthly basis
- Build strong working relationships with clients and ensure that all KPIs are achieved
- Performs other duties as assigned from time to time by the Manager and the Client.
Eligibility Criteria:
- 6-8 years of experience in the field of finance and/or accounting, preferably in US Accounting
- Exposure and basic understanding of US GAAP accounting rules
- Strong desire to continuously learn
- Experience using different accounting software and accounting methods
- Proven experience in managing a large team and carrying out an independent review of tasks performed by team
- Holding a valid visa for the USA will be an added advantage
- Excellent quantitative, analytical, written, and presentation skills
Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and/or Finance, master’s degree preferred; or
- CPA and/or CA certification obtained or in process.
TEAM LEAD
Job Requirements:
- Responsible for working on multiple assignments throughout the year

Eligibility Criteria:
- 4-6 years of experience in the field of finance and/or accounting, preferably in US Accounting
- Exposure and basic understanding of US GAAP accounting rules
- Strong desire to continuously learn
- Exposure to working in Quickbooks / integrated ERP
- Must have handled a team size of a minimum 3 or more individuals
- Holding a valid visa for the USA will be an added advantage
- Excellent quantitative, analytical, written, and presentation skills
- Review final entries / Reports prepared by Associates / Senior Associates before final submission to the Client
Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and/or Finance, master’s degree preferred; and
- CPA and/or CA certification obtained or in process.
SENIOR ASSOCIATE
Job Requirements:
- Responsible for working on multiple assignments throughout the year
- Performs daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly bookkeeping activities for the assigned client(s)
- Core understanding of finance and accounting concepts
- Identify and assist in the solution of engagement (client) technical issues, anomalies, non-routine items
- Conducts themself in a professional manner related to all client communications as well as interaction in team communications and interactions
- Performs other duties as assigned from time to time by the Manager
Eligibility Criteria:
- 2-4 years of experience in the field of finance and/or accounting, preferably in US Accounting
- Exposure and basic understanding of US GAAP accounting rules
- Strong desire to continuously learn
- Working experience with Quickbooks or any other ERP
- Excellent quantitative, analytical, written, and presentation skills
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and/or Finance, master’s degree preferred
- CPA and/or CA certification obtained or in process
ASSOCIATE
Job Requirements:
- Responsible for working on multiple assignments throughout the year
- Research, understand, and apply complex accounting concepts and procedures
- Core understanding of accounting and finance concepts
- Ability to assess the financial position and financial performance of the company
- Understanding of the opportunity by focusing on issues such as integrity of reported EBITDA and cash flow, key trends in revenue and profitability, limits and feasibility of future cash flow, working capital positions, and many more
- Analyze target company data to identify historical and projected financial and operating trends, working capital considerations and the quality of earnings
Eligibility Criteria:
- 0-2 years of experience in the field of finance and/or accounting, preferably in US Accounting
- Exposure and basic understanding of US GAAP accounting rules
- Strong desire to continuously learn
- Excellent quantitative, analytical, written, and presentation skills
Qualifications:
- Chartered Accountant or Certified Public Accountant
