Program Name: Building Next-Generation Young Valuation Professionals

Focus: Providing earn and learn opportunities to aspiring professionals with the right intent [evaluated through discussion and case study]; this will ensure the valuation profession grows at the same pace as the industry. Our Team will provide training, assignments, and evaluation during the 60 day training period. After the training period, the professional will get an opportunity to pursue a valuation career at Knowcraft, which will not be dependent on their performance. Our Team’s focus is on mentoring and handholding the professionals to support their careers.

Hiring Talent:

  • MBA from Tier 2 or Tier 3 colleges
  • Fresh CAs [regardless of the number of attempts]
  • CFAs
  • FRMs

Program Type:

  • Training Period: 60 days
  • Remuneration: Fixed stipend of Rs. 20,000/- per month for the training period
  • Working & Learning Hours: 8 hours a day
  • Working & Learning Days: Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday

Specifics:

  • 100% job assurance, with a focus on building individuals to the next level
  • 18 months bond, including 2 months of the training period
