Experience and Requirements
- Minimum seven years of total experience (with a minimum of four years of business valuation experience);

Role and Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate the ability to plan and manage work schedule of self and that of the team;
- Executing engagements effectively and with minimal supervision;
- Keep projects running on schedule by investigating the data immediately to determine if it is adequate and usable to perform the valuation;
- Perform various financial analyses, financial modeling, and report writing (including company, industry and economic research);
- Review own work and that of teammates to ensure the quality of the work product; and
- Participate in client conference calls and technical discussions internally.
Service Type/ Experience:
- Two (2) years of experience in valuing complex financial instruments, embedded derivatives in debt/ loan financing;
- Well-versed with key valuation concepts, including the income, market and asset approach, discount rates, discounts and premiums, etc.;
- Well-versed in reading executed loan agreements and identifying decision tree with various path dependencies and payout scenarios;
- Working knowledge of building financial models from scratch;
- Working knowledge of simulation software (Crystal Ball or AtRisk or ModelRisk); and

- Work from the office (Ahmedabad or Noida) in a hybrid setting for a minimum of three days a week
- Minimum 18-36 months of valuation and/or consulting experience.
- Strong research, analytical, quantitative, and financial modeling skills.
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills and the ability to communicate effectively with the team, seniors, and clients.
- Ability to lead a team.
- Very organized, detail-orientated, and proactive.
- Superior Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills and ability to quickly learn new software applications; and
- Advanced Excel/VBA skills and/or Power BI/Power Query/PowerPivot experience preferred
