Roles and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for working on multiple assignments throughout the year;
- Performing and reviewing bookkeeping and accounting services;
- Core understanding of finance and accounting concepts;
- Managing and mentoring a team of individuals consisting of junior associates, associates, senior associates, and team leads;
- Monitor team utilization and ensure team members consistently adhere to internal policies and procedure laid out;
- Identify and assist in solution of engagement (client) technical issues, anomalies, non-routine items;
- Design and implement KRA for team members and continuous monitoring of the same;
- Conducts self in a professional manner related to all client communications as well as interactions within the team;
- Maintain balance between quality and work flow;
- Manage process of feedback and implementing feedback from client on monthly basis;
- Build strong working relationships with clients and ensure that all KPIs are achieved;
- Assist Functional Head/Senior Manager in transitioning new assignment from client site;
- Performs other duties as assigned from time to time by the manager and the client
Qualifications and Education Requirements:
- Master’s Degree in Accounting and/or Finance / CA certification obtained or in process
- Must be a CPA certified
Eligibility Criteria:
- 8-10 + years of experience in the field of finance and/or accounting, preferably in US accounting;
- Exposure and basic understanding of US GAAP accounting rules;
- Strong desire to continuously learn;
- Experience using different accounting software and accounting methods;
- Proven experience of managing large team and carry out independent review of tasks performed by team;
- Minimum 2 years of prior experience in managing team as well as clients independently
- Holding valid visa for USA will be an added advantage; and
- Excellent quantitative, analytical, written, and presentation skills..

- Exposure to working in Quickbooks / integrated ERP
- Must have handled a team size of a minimum 3 or more individuals
- Holding a valid visa for the USA will be an added advantage

- Review final entries / Reports prepared by Associates / Senior Associates before final submission to the Client
Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and/or Finance, master’s degree preferred; and

Role and Responsibilities:
Working as a Senior Associate in the team, your responsibilities will include:
- Performing the full audit cycle including risk management and control management over operations’ effectiveness, financial reliability and compliance with all applicable directives and regulations
- Determining internal audit scope and developing annual plans
- Obtain, analyze and evaluate accounting documentation, reports, data, flowcharts etc
- Gather information and data required to perform the audit engagement;
- Keep projects running on schedule by interrogating the data immediately to determine if it is adequate and usable to perform the engagement;
- Prepare and present reports that reflect audit’s results and document process
- Act as an objective source of independent advice to ensure validity, legality and goal achievement
- Identify loopholes and recommend risk aversion measures and cost savings
- Maintain open communication with management and audit committee
- Document process and prepare audit findings memorandum
- Conduct follow up audits to monitor management’s interventions
- Engage to continuous knowledge development regarding sector’s rules, regulations, best practices, tools, techniques and performance standards
- Review own work and that of teammates to ensure quality of product; and
- Participate in client conference calls and technical discussions
- Responsible for executing engagements under the supervision of manager
Educational Qualifcation and Eligibility Criteria:
- CA, CPA (US), CPA (US) Pursuing with AUD cleared in last 6 months
- Proven working experience as Internal Auditor or Senior Auditor
- Experience within the Auditing group of Big Four or a leading valuation firm is a preference;
- Advanced computer skills on MS Office such as MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint, accounting software and databases
- Proven knowledge of auditing standards and procedures, laws, rules and regulations
- High attention to detail and excellent analytical skills
- Able to take sound independent judgement
- Logical and analytical abilities;
- Effective communication skills – both written and verbal;
- Ability to work in a global environment;
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment;
- Knowledge of CaseWare and other commonly used Tools in Auditing domain is preferreds
Job Requirements:
- Responsible for working on multiple assignments throughout the year
- Research, understand, and apply complex accounting concepts and procedures
- Core understanding of accounting and finance concepts
- Ability to assess the financial position and financial performance of the company
- Understanding of the opportunity by focusing on issues such as integrity of reported EBITDA and cash flow, key trends in revenue and profitability, limits and feasibility of future cash flow, working capital positions, and many more
- Analyze target company data to identify historical and projected financial and operating trends, working capital considerations and the quality of earnings
Eligibility Criteria:
- 0-2 years of experience in the field of finance and/or accounting, preferably in US Accounting
- Exposure and basic understanding of US GAAP accounting rules
- Strong desire to continuously learn
- Excellent quantitative, analytical, written, and presentation skills
Qualifications:
